WHITELISTING Each month we receive several emails claiming we haven't gotten back to people regarding their questions, or that they have not received their 'Product Shipped' email with Invoice. We can assure you that we do answer all email and always send invoices. Programs that use 'spam filters' is the cause of missed email virtually 100% of the time. Having pointed this out, it is very important that you read this page very carefully, if you do not know what 'WhiteListing' is and want to be sure that you receive all important correspondance from us. A lot of email programs use filters to weed out junk email (spam) and throw the offending (unsolicited) email into the trash folder, unread. If you know your email program uses spam filters or suspect it does, you need to manually 'ok' our email addresses, (customerservice@pulseheartformula.com and sales@pulseheartformula.com) or you will not receive our emails, and thus you will not receive your "Product Shipped" email, which will also include your invoice. To 'ok' our email addresses, simply go into your email program settings and add our addresses to your 'trusted' list, this is what is known as WhiteListing. If you are still not quite sure how to do this, please view the 'help' files contained within your email program. Thank-you. |
